At the moment I feel a bit unsure about the study tour to Sheffield. I’ve travelled within Australia plenty of times, but the thought of going overseas suddenly became huge. The things that are mainly concerning to me are mostly small issues like taking the train to London on the weekend of the 15^th alone. Booking a train ticket was very stressful, the British rail system is so different to ours and I’m still not sure I’ve booked it correctly!

Being away from home for a pro-longed amount of time has also been of concern to me. As I’ve only travelled overseas as a child I found things like cleaning out the fridge and making sure my flat was okay to leave empty for a month things that I left to the last moment not realizing how long they would take. I’m also finding keeping up with my current work load challenging, I have two final literature essays due while we are away. I was really hoping I could get them done before leaving but my work load has been at its biggest this semester.

I’m looking forward to exploring Sheffield and discovering what it has to offer. I am also so excited for my trip to Harry Potter world and Warner Bros studio, seriously can’t wait!
